Social
Mansfield Group of Advanced Motorists has an
active social programme.
This section provides further details of
future events and a record of past events.
Social evenings are held on the first
Tuesday of each month at the Healdswood Community Centre,
Mansfield Road, Skegby. Doors open at 7.30pm. Meeting starts
at 7.45pm. It is usual to have a guest speaker, show a video
or some other activity at Group Social evenings.
Social events are organised with visits to places of interest,
quizzes, competitions, driving events, etc and activities with
other Groups.

RECENT EVENTS
Many thanks to Phil and
Chris Randall for the photographic presentation at our Social
Evening on February 7th.
Phil, assisted by his son
Chris, continued to show us the account of his trips to the
United States. It was a compilation of several visits made
over the years and, as for the previous evening last year, he
entranced the audience with some wonderful photography.
Quite a few shots were of sunsets or dead trees, both of which
Phil admits fascinate him and therefore are a pleasure for him
to record. The audience were in total agreement of their
appreciation of his skills and the excellence of the views.
